Syndication is a group of people coming together to pull resources to invest into a larger building /opportunity that they would otherwise not be able to achieve alone. This allows investors to achieve potential for greater returns on investments.

MASTER LEASE OPTION
Master lease options is a real estate investment strategy where an investor leases the entire property from the owner with exclusive rights to sublease and an option to purchase at a later date with a predetermined price. This agreement allows investors to control the property with very little or no money down.
